Intel teach

Only three more sleeps till I fly to Adelaide for the previously mentioned Intel Teach Program.... yes, I am excited. There are several reasons...

• I get to learn and play around with stuff that I not only enjoy but that will benefit me as a professional and help me teach my kids better.
• I'm staying here for a whole week (weekend included & at not cost to myself) so will be able to eat, walk, photograph, meet friends and shop to my hearts content.
• I may very well have access to full-time access to a laptop seeing as I'll be a "master trainer" come the end of term.

It's been a bit of a wild ride lately trying to get marking, report writing and relief lessons for a weeks classes ready in time but I think I'm on target. I find it difficult to grasp why these Intel people would want to hold a training course at the end of a term!!
