Batch resizing is probably old news to some but I've only just found a really handy free tool that makes resizing photo's for the web a whole lot simpler. It's called Batch Resizer 3.0 and it can do just as much as programs worth $40 or more. I haven't explored all its capabilities yet but the one click process for converting all my pictures for the last post was enough for me.
